Ioana Dumitrache, professional make-up artist si beauty influencer si-a propus in urma cu cativa ani sa ajunga la silueta mult dorita, asa ca a trecut de la gand la actiune, denumind procesul ei de transformare sugestiv: MyBodyJourney. A tinut dieta, a facut mult sport, iar apoi s-a stabilizat la o anumita greutate. Nu a vrut sa recurga la micsorarea stomacului prin chirurgie bariatrica, dar si-a dorit un abdomen mai zvelt, mai plat. Aici a intervenit rolul doctorului Oltjon Cobani, medic specialist in chirurgie plastica, estetica si microchirurgie reconstructiva. “Dupa cateva discutii cu Ioana foarte corecte despre asteptari si rezultate, i-am propus o interventie de abdominoplastie pentru a scapa de surplusul de piele care nu se putea rezolva prin eforturi personale”.

Operatia a avut loc la Centrul Medical Monza din Bucuresti in prezenta unei echipe medicale foarte competente. Rezultatul a fost cel asteptat, iar Ioana s-a declarat foarte multumita. Iata ce a declarat:

“După ce timp de aproape un an am plimbat niște kilograme în sus și în jos, am reușit să îmi dau un restart și să ies din faza de platou. Ultimele 3 luni și jumătate au fost cele în care am reușit să fac niște progrese considerabile în #MyBodyJourney și uitându-mă la cântar am constatat că arată cu 9 kilograme mai puțin, iar eu am schimbat aproape 2 măsuri la haine.
In urma cu o doua luni pe la această oră mă îndreptam plină de emoții spre sala de operație. Dragă Internet, vreau să îți fac cunoștință cu Doctor Oltjon Cobani, medicul care mi-a făcut operația de absominoplastie . Sunt foarte fericită de rezultat și de toată experiența în sine, și vreau să îi mulțumesc dumnealui și întregii sale echipe, dar și personalului spitalului Monza pentru toată grija și atenția de care am avut parte. Pe lângă profesionalismul pentru care sunt renumiți am descoperit niște oameni blânzi și empatici, care oferă multă atenție fiecărui pacient în parte. Cum mi-am ales medicul? Când îl întâlnești pur și simplu simți că în el poți avea încredere. My Body Journey a intrat într-o nouă etapă.”

Intre timp, Ioana Dumitrache s-a intors la rutina zilnica de sport. “Prima alergare dupa operatia de abdominoplastie. Am alergat 30 de minute, m-am fortat putin, dar am reusit”, a declarat bloggerul.

Ce presupune aceasta interventie estetica de la nivelul siluetei?

“Aspectul suplu al zonei abdominale este important atât din punct de vedere estetic, cât şi din punctul de vedere al sănătăţii. Uneori, în ciuda eforturilor, depozitele de grăsime și surplusul de piele devin imposibil de eliminat. Soluţia pentru acestea fiind îndepărtarea lor chirurgicală”, spune doctorul Cobani.

Operația poate fi efectuata in zona inferioară a abdomenului sau poate viza întregul abdomen, iar ambele intervenții se pot asocia cu lipoaspirația.

• Intervenția este efectuată sub anestezie generală.
• Incizia este plasată imediat deasupra liniei pubiene și se întinde între cele două oase ale bazinului. Lungimea inciziilor depinde de excesul tegumentar care trebuie îndepărtat.
• Grăsimea în exces se îndepărtează fie prin lipoaspirație, fie prin excizie directă.
• Atunci când există, se pot repara și defecte ale peretelui muscular (diastazis, hernii).
• Ombilicul se “decupează” și se repoziționează.
• La sfârșitul intervenției se pun tuburi de dren care sunt scoase la 2-3 zile după operație.

Candidații pentru această intervenție sunt adulții cu greutate constantă în ultimele 6 luni și cu o stare bună de sănătate. Postoperator se aplică pansament compresiv și un garment elastic (îmbrăcăminte specială). Pansamentul este înlăturat după scoaterea firelor, la 14 zile, și se schimbă la 3-4 zile în acest interval. Îmbrăcămintea specială se păstrează timp de 4-6 săptămâni. Tuburile de dren se scot la 2-3 zile, în funcție de cantitatea drenajului. Se recomandă expunerea graduală la efort fizic. Este recomandată evitarea expunerii la soare în lunile următoare operației, pentru a nu periclita procesul de vindecare.

Care sunt intervențiile pe care le poate face o femeie după ce slăbește foarte mult, indiferent că este vorba de o sarcină, o intervenție la stomac sau slăbit în urma unui stil de viață sănătos? Ce opțiuni are? “Intervențiilor pe care le poate efectua pacienta respectivă depind foarte mult de starea în care se află. Pentru că se pot face intervenții chirurgicale în mai multe zone pentru că și atunci când slăbim, slăbim in mai multe zone. Prima zonă este evident, abdomenul. Acolo surplusul de piele este foarte vizibil, dar acest aspect poate fi rezolvat prin abdominoplastie. În unele cazuri, dacă excesul de piele este foarte mare, trebuie să apelăm la ceea ce se numește – Total Body Lifting. Această intervenție presupune o excizie de jur împrejurul trunchiului. De asemenea, foarte important este să se apeleze la chirurgia estetică numai după ce s-a ajuns la greutatea dorită, deoarece o oscilație (fie că este slăbire, fie că este îngrășare) mai mare de 10 kg, sau chiar mai mare de 6 kg își va pune amprenta asupra corpului și va trebui să excizăm din nou”, spune doctorul Oltjon Cobani.

Dupa ce ne operam mai putem slabi?
“Nu mai mult de 5-6 kg. Ideal este că pacientul să atingă greutatea ideală și apoi să aibă o greutate de croazieră, adică aceeași greutate timp de 6 luni. Așa se procedează și la operațiile bariatrice: trebuie să treacă cel puțin un an cu o greutate constantă, și după aceea se apelează la astfel de intervenții. Prima dată ne ocupăm evident, de abdomen prin abdominoplastie sau total body lifting – intervenție prin care putem sutura și mușchii abdominali care se îndepărtează în timpul sarcinii, pentru a avea un abdomen cât mai plat. Cealalta problemă care apare după slăbirile masive sunt brațele. În acest caz putem apela la intervenția chirurgicală numită braheoplastie. Ideea este că la acestă intervenție, singurul inconvenient este cicatricea care este destul de lungă – se întinde de la mijlocul brațului până la axilă. Evident este în partea interioară dar totuți este o cicatrice. Însă femeile care slăbesc foarte mult trebuie să aibă în vedere că nu este vorba doar de a arata bine pe plajă, ci trebuie să arate bine în haine. Pentru că pielea aceea în exces nu va arăta bine nici prin haine. Deci, trebuie să se facă un compromis între cicatrici și rezultate. Evident că cicatricile se vindecă destul de bine, dar este o cicatrice. Bisturiul lasă urme. Iar pentru picioare există liftingul de coapse, depinzând foarte mult și de câtă piele avem în exces. Însă și aici trebuie făcut un compromis între rezultate și cicatrici”
