Ei bine, aflati ca aceasta stare se poate imbunatatii apeland la o tehnica relativ simpla si sigura denumita lipoaspiratie. Pentru a intelege mai exact despre ce este vorba, am discutat cu Oltjon Cobani, medic specialist in chirurgie plastica estetica si microchirurgie reconstructiva la Clinica ProEstetica.

Tonica: Ce este lipoaspiratia si ce presupune aceasta procedura?

Oltjon Cobani: Lipoaspiratia reprezinta o interventie chirurgicala prin intermediul careia se pot elimina depozitele de grasime din diferite zone ale corpului, cu scopul de a remodela si recontura silueta. Interventia este efectuata cu ajutorul unor canule care sunt introduse prin niste orificii de 2-3 mm, astfel incat, in urma sa, nu raman cicatrici.

Pe ce zone se aplica? Este o interventie dureroasa

De obicei este folosita pentru a scapa de grasimea in exces depusa la nivelul abdomenului, soldurilor, toracelui, coapselor, gambelor, genunchilor, bratelor, insa, se poate efectua si la nivelul liniei mandibulare sau gat (dubla barbie). Nu pot spune ca este o interventie dureroasa, dar, desigur ca dupa operatie pacientul va avea un disconfort si un anume grad de durere dar care poate fi, insa, depasit folosind analgezice uzuale. Dupa lipoaspiratie sunt posibile vanatai, dar acestea dispar in cateva zile.

Se pierd kilograme prin lipoaspiratie? Exista riscul ca grasimea sa se “formeze” din nou pe zonele aspirate

Lipoaspiratia nu este o metoda de slabire ci de remodelare corporala, cu alte cuvinte, ajuta la pierderea de centrimetri si nu de kilograme. In zonele lipoaspirate grasimea se depune mai greu decat in celelalte zone. Desigur, rezultatul obtinut dupa lipoaspiratie trebuie mentinut printr-un regim de viata sanatos ce trebuie sa implice si exercitii fizice.

In cat timp se vad rezultatele finale si cat dureaza recuperarea postoperatorie

Rezultatul se poate vedea imediat, dar edemul postoperator poate sa persiste pana la o luna. Recuperarea este relativ rapida, 2-3 zile, dar le recomand pacientilor sa isi ia liber de la activitatile cotidiene timp de 5 zile. De asemenea, trebuie evitat sportul si statul in picioare un timp indelungat, pentru o perioada de aproximativ 2 saptamani. Astfel se evita aparitia edemelor gambiere mai ales daca zona lipoaspirata vizeaza membrele inferioare.

Poate fi considerata o interventie chirurgicala anticelulita

Nu, dar exista o amelioare a acesteia. Prin folosirea unor tehnici de lipoaspiratie si liposculptura se poate aduce o imbunatatire considerabila, dar nu se poate garanta disparitia completa a celulitei.

De cate ori poate fi realizata o astfel de procedura?
