Liftingul facial e o operație care nu poate fi substituită

Adept al naturaleții și al simetriei, dr. Acest exces e cauzat de mai mulți factori in mod simultan: de acțiunea gravitației, de pierderea elasticității tenului dar și din cauza diminuării masei osoase (respectiv a pomeților). Deci nu poate fi umplut fără ca fața să devină mai umflată decât ar trebui. În plus, am aflat că liftingurile faciale moderne nu mai sunt la fel de invazive sau de… indiscrete precum erau odata. Medicul mi-a povestit mai multe despre aceasta procedura dar și despre direcția actulă a medicinei estetice.

Ce este frumusețea, prin ochii tăi?

Frumusețea este privită și percepută de fiecare dintre noi în mod diferit, cu alte cuvinte, este relativa și depinde de influențele culturale din societatea în care a crescut și s-a dezvoltat fiecare pesoană în parte. Spre exemplu, pentru mine frumusețea înseamnă originalitate și naturalețe. Consider că o persoană este frumoasă atunci când fiecare trăsătură a acesteia este într-o armonie perfectă, pornind de la chip, corp și până în profunzimile sufletului. Intervențiile sau tratamentele pe care le propun pacienților mei respectă acest principiu. Sunt de părere că chirurgia estetică ne ajută să scăpam de anumite complexe sau probleme pe care le avem, astfel ajutându-ne să ne simțim mai bine în pielea noastră, dar fără să ne transformăm în altă persoană. Exagerările de orice fel pot duce la rezultate cel puțin nesatisfăcătoare, la pierderea naturaleții, a individualității,  la risipirea acelui quelque chose care ne  conferă unicitate și ne distinge de restul lumii.

 Cum ai pornit pe calea medicinei estetice?

De când eram copil îmi doream, și în mare parte știam, că voi deveni medic, cu toate că nu aveam medici în familie. Eram atras  și fascinat de acestă știință și îmi plăcea ideea că pot ajută oamenii. Însă în timpul facultății am luat prima dată contact cu chirurgia plastică și estetică. Pur și simplu mă preocupa frumosul, iar decizia de a urma acest drum a fost luată atunci. Am urmat rezidențiatul în chirurgie plastică, estetică și microchirurgie reconstructivă în cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Urgență București sub îndrumarea prof. dr. Ioan Lascăr. Încă din timpul rezidențiatului am avut o înclinație spre chirurgia estetică și astfel am început colaborarea în cadrul clinicii ProEstetica sub îndrumarea Doctorului Dana Jianu. Am avut plăcerea și șansa să operez cu chirurgi celebri pe plan mondial, precum dr. Alexis Verpaele și dr.Patrick Tonard (din Ghent, Belgia), prof. dr. Wolfgang Gubisch (Stuttgart, Germania), dr. Nazim Cerkes (Istanbul, Turcia), dr.Roger Khouri și alții. De asemenea, mi-am susținut pregătirea profesională la diverse cogrese și conferințe naționale și internaționale, unde am fost invitat atât ca participant, cât și ca speaker.

Care sunt lucrurile care te inspiră zi de zi?

Din punct de vedere profesional lucrul care mă inspiră în fiecare zi e satisfacția pacienților – zâmbetul unui om mulțumit îmi oferă o trăire aparte, un sentiment de bucurie și de mulțumire. Este ceea ce mă face să aspir către perfecțiune și să perseverez pentru a o atinge. Iar din punct de vedere personal, binele este sursa mea de inspirație. Sunt de părere că lucrurile mici pe care le facem zi de zi pentru a trăi într-o lume mai bună ne definesc ca oameni.

Care sunt intervențiile esetice cele mai cerute în cabinetul tău?

Fiecare persoana se adresează medicului estetician pentru anumite probleme care sunt, în mod evident, diferite. Deci pot spune că paleta de intervenții cerute este foarte variată. Dintre tratamentele non-chirurgicale, cele mai cerute sunt augmentarea buzelor și corectarea ridurilor cu acid hialuronic, tratamentele cu toxină botulinica, PRP (terapia vampir) și multe altele. Intervențiile chirurgicale cele mai cerute la nivelul feței sunt rinoplastia, blefaroplastia și rejuvenarile faciale. Iar la nivelul siluetei, cele mai populare sunt abdominoplastia și cura chirurgicală a diastazisului abdominal, lipoasprația și augmentarea mamară.

Care sunt intervențiile care îți aduc cea mai mare satisfacție profesională?

Orice intervenție care fură zâmbetul unui pacient îmi oferă satisfacție profesională. Cu toate astea, pot spune că sunt mai “atașat” de unele intervenții precum rinoplastia, liftingul și rejuvenarile faciale, abdominoplastia și lipoaspirația.

Cum crezi că s-au schimbat preferințele estetice ale româncelor în ultimii ani?

Din ce în ce mai mulți oameni recurg la chirurgia estetică pentru a obține o îmbunătățire fizică. Până la urmă trăim într-o lume în care modul în care arătăm contează. Referitor la trend-uri, tonul este dat de anumite persoane considerate etaloane de frumusețe. Acesta este un lucru greșit. Pacienții uită că au anumite tipare și caracteristici care îi definesc. Îmbunătățirea acestora este în regulă, însă a dori să te transformi în altă persoană este cu totul altceva, nu aș recomanda asta nimănui!

Dacă ar fi să numești o intervenție care este extrem de eficientă, dar nu (suficient de) populară, care ar fi aceea?

Una dintre intervențiile extrem de eficiente, dar care consider că nu este destul de populară în România este liftingul facial. E o operație care, practic, nu poate fi substituită. Toate încercările de volumizare și de ridicare a feței cu diferite substanțe și fillere nu au rezultate comparabile cu liftingul. În plus, în momentul de față există proceduri de lifting moderne, cum ar fi MACS lift, al cărui rezultat e absolut spectaculos dar totuși dicret.  Nu se obține acel efect de imobilă și “bătută de vânt” precum am văzut la unele proceduri clasice și are un timp de recuperare mai scurt. Totuși, pregătirea temeinică a medicului care efectuează intervenția este vitală. Și trebuie ținut cont că această operație presupune un timp mai lung de recuperare față de injecțiile de cabinet, iar mulți dintre noi nu dispunem de acest timp. Poate de aceea nu-i la fel de populară.

Care sunt tendințele în medicină estetică, încotro ne indreptăm?

Cum spuneam, fiecare dintre noi dorim să fim mulțumiți de modul cum arătăm, de felul în care ne percepem și de cum suntem priviți. Ne dorim să fim frumoși și să avem succes. Însă uneori, această tendința este dusă la extrem, iar de acest lucru ne amintesc exagerările unor personalități. Desigur, crec că să îmbătrânești e un privilegiu oricum, dar atunci când acest proces se întâmplă treptat și grațios, se aduce un plus de calitate vieții.

Ce sfat le-ai oferi femeilor care cochetează cu ideea de a recurge la inovațiile medicinei estetice?

Oricine poate să recurgă la chirurgia estetică dacă există o problemă reală.Personal, chiar încurajez acest lucru. Dacă noul look obținut prin intervenții estetice aduce satisfacție, de ce nu?! Cu toții avem dreptul să fim fericiți, dar încă odată,  exagerările de orice fel trebuie evitate.

Care sunt hobby-urile care îți aduc bucurie?

Îmi place să călătoresc, să cunosc oameni noi care îmi deschid noi orizonuri, pentru că trăim într-o lume atât de mică și totuși atât de diversă. Mă relaxează natura, marea, îmi plac lucrurile care cresc și fenomenul vieții în sine. Mă fascinează tot ceea ce este nobil și frumos.

Dacă ai putea să-ți alegi o super-putere, care ar fi aceea?

Dacă aș putea să aleg o superputere, aș alege să pot citi gândurile oamenilor. Mi se pare interesant să înțelegi ce gândește și ce simte un om într-un anumit moment al vieții lui, să-i percepi modul în care privește lumea. Și dacă voi obține vreodată această super-putere, promit să nu o folosesc în propriul interes :).
