Cui i se adresează lipoaspiraţia
Această intervenţie chirurgicală estetică se adresează tuturor persoanelor adulte şi a căror masă corporală se încadrează într-un procent maxim de 30% faţă de greutatea ideală, a căror piele este fermă şi elastică şi care au un bun tonus muscular. Acest lucru nu înseamnă că persoanele care nu prezintă aceste trăsaturi nu pot apela la lipoaspiraţie, ci pentru a obţine rezultatele dorite, lipoaspiraţia va trebui asociată şi cu alte proceduri. O primă evaluare a pacientului de către medicul chirurg va stabili dacă acesta este un bun candidat, precum şi care va fi tehnica şi conduita de tratament. Cum să te pregăteşţi pentru lipoaspiraţie
Ca la orice intrevenţie chirurgicală pacientul este informat asupra conduitei înaintea operaţiei, cum ar fi încetarea fumatului ( sau cel puţin diminuarea numărului de ţigări fumate), oprirea medicamentelor care pot afecta timpii de coagulare ( aspirina sau alte antiinflamatoare nesteroidine) diminuând astfel riscul de sângerare şi eventualele vânătăi, oprirea consumului de seminţe de in sau alte alimente care cresc riscul de sângerare. De asemenea este de preferat oprirea anticoncepţionalelor cu o lună înainte de intervenţie, scăzând astfel riscul de tromboze.
Dacă pacientul contactează o gripă sau o infecţie de orice fel, în special o infecţie de piele s-ar putea ca operaţia să fie amânată. Fiind o intervenţie estetică este important ca pacientul să fie sănătos înainte de operaţie pentru a evita eventualele neplăceri.
Desfăşurarea intervenţiei chirurgicale
Procedura de lipoaspiraţie poate fi executată prin tehnici diferite SAL (suction assisted lipoplasty), PAL (power assisted lipoplasty) sau UAL ( ultrasound assisted lipoplasty) sau altele, toate vizand obţinerea rezultatelor dorite de pacient. Alegerea tehnicii de lipoaspiraţie este mai degrabă una care depinde de experienţa. Cea mai folosită metodă este cea clasică, prin intumescenţă sau aşa numita “superwet technique”. Zonele desenate preoperator sunt infiltrate cu o soluţie numită soluţie Klein, după care ţesutul adipos este extras cu ajutorul canulelor de lipoaspiraţie.
Lipospiraţia este o tehnică chirurgicală închisă, efectuându-se prin incizii mici, puţin vizibile, sub anestezie generală. La nivelul acestor incizii, executate în imediata apropiere a zonei de tratament, sunt introduse tuburi fine numite “canule”, conectate la un sistem de vid, prin intermediul cărora se mobilizează şi se aspiră depozitele de grăsime. În capătul opus al canulei este ataşată o pompă pentru colectarea ţesutului adipos. Fluidizarea depozitelor de grăsime se realizează prin injectarea unui mix de ser fiziologic, anestezic local , bicarbonat şi adrenalină numit soluţie Klein. Inciziile sunt apoi închise prin fire de sutură, însă sunt cazuri în care dimensiunile acestora sunt atât de reduse, încât nu mai este necesară sutură. Firele vor fi scoase după 5-6 zile. În unele cazuri lipoaspiraţia poate fi asociată şi cu lipoliză laser pentru a asigura o retracţie bună a pielii dacă acesta prezintă un grad de laxitate mai mare.
Recuperarea după liposculptură
În zonele supuse intervenţiei se aplică nişte comprese sau bandaje elastice ce vor comprima edemul post-operator. După intervenţia chirurgicală pacientul este obligat să poarte timp de o lună o îmbrăcăminte specială pentru a ajuta la obţinerea rezultatului dorit. Pacientul va primi instrucţiuni specifice cu privire la îngrijirea zonei operate, medicaţia corespunzătoare precum şi indicaţii referitoare la stilul de viaţă ce trebuie să succeadă o astfel de intervenţie. După această intervenţie sunt posibile vânătai care trec între 7-10 zile după intervenţie. De asemenea poate exista un oarecare grad de durere comparabil cu o febră musculară, dar care cedează la analgezicele uzuale. Rezultatul final nu va fi vizibil imediat, deşi încă din prima zi post-operator se va vedea o diferenţă. Evaluarea finală a reuşitei se va face abia după 1-3 luni, când se stabileşte şi necesitatea retuşurilor (deşi, în majoritatea cazurilor, nu este necesar). Totuşi, un rezultat notabil se va observă la 1 luna după procedură.
