Blafaroplastia
Reprezinta o interventie chirurgicala care se adreseaza inlaturarii pielii in exces la nivelul pleoapelor superioare si/sau inferioare. De asemenea prin aceasta interventie se pot inlatura pungile de sub ochi (nu cearcanele) sau se poate ridica coltul extern al ochiului (cantopexie). Se poate asocia de asemenea cu liftingul de sprancene, lifting facial sau lipofilling. Interventia se poate efectua sub anestezie locala sau generala in functie de dorinta pacientului si complexitatea cazului. Recuperarea este destul de rapida. Suprimarea firelor de sutura se face la cinci zile dupa interventie. Pot aparea mici vanatai la nivelul pleoapei inferioare si usor edem al acestuia, care de regula dispare la 7 zile. Cicatricile sunt bine ascunse in pliurile naturale ale pielii, astfel incat nu se observa. Efectul este de lunga durata, efectuata corect nu mai trebuie repetata vreodata.
Rinoplastia
Situat in mijlocul fetei, nasul are un impact major asupra infatisarii, astfel orice mic defect de forma si marime este usor observat de altii si mai ales de noi insine. Cele mai multe corectii, din punct de vedere estetic, asupra nasului, se adreseaza cocoasei, varfului nasului sau lungimii si latimii acestuia. Riscurile acestei operatii sunt aceleasi ca in orice interventie chirurgicale. De mentionat totusi faptul ca acesta interventie este una destul de delicata in care micile detalii fac diferenta”, spune Doctor Oltjon Cobani (www.doctoroltjoncobani.ro) medic specialist in chirurgie plastica estetica si microchirurgie reconstructiva.
Liftingul facial
Liftingul facial se adreseaza persoanelor care au dobandit, cu trecerea anilor, laxitate si exces tegumentar la nivelul fetei (mai ales falcute) si gatului. Reprezinta o procedura chirurgicala complexa prin care pielea si structurile subiacente ale acesteia (SMAS, muschi plastisma) sunt ascensionate, obtinandu-se astfel un aspect tanar al infatisarii. Aceasta procedura este efectuata sub anestezie generala. In ziua de astazi inciziile sunt relativ mici si, efectuate corect, nu lasa semne vizibile. Recuperarea este de aproximativ 10-14 zile, timp in care dispare edemul sau vanataile care pot aparea dupa aceasta interventie. Durerea postoperatorie este minima si poate fi combatuta cu analgezicele uzuale.
“Liftingul facial este o interventie care dureaza in timp, 10-15 ani depinzand desigur de fiecare caz in parte. Doresc sa mentionez ca este o interventie care nu poate fi substituita cu alte interventii minim invazive. Azi, aceasta este combinata si cu transferul autolog de grasime proprie ( pentru voluminizarea fetei) sau cu alte procedure pentru a obtine un rezultat cat mai satisfacator pentru pacient. Liftingurile sunt de diferite feluri, adresandu-se diferitelor particularitati ale cazului respective, astfel incat este necesara o evaluare corecta a cazului. Recomand sa evitam interventille chirurgicale in perioadele foarte calde, intrucat in acesta perioada discomfortului operator se adauga si discomfortul termic, asa ca este perioada ideala pentru acest tip de interventii.
Riscurile pe care le prezinta aceste interventii chirurgicale sunt aceleasi ca la orice interventie chirurgicala. Riscurile legate de anestezie, riscul de sangerare, risc de infectie. In cazul unei evaluari corecte a starii de sanatate a pacientului si a cazului respectiv aceste riscuri sunt minime. Dupa fiecare interventie este necesar sa urmariti un protocol postoperator ( acesta difera pentru fiecare interventie) in care vi se va explica ce este recomndat sa faceti sau sa nu faceti. Pot sa va spun ca in cazul liftingului facial este total interzis fumatul cu 2 luni inainte si 2 luni dupa interventie, dar poate aceasta interventie va determina sa va lasati de fumat”, mai spune doctorul Cobani.
