In chirurgia sau medicina estetica lucrurile evolueaza intr-un context favorabil. In fiecare an sunt introduse pe piata noi substante care pot oferi un rezultat mai bun si de mai lunga durata in ceea ce priveste tratamentele injectabile. Totodata, sunt introduse pe piata si diferite aparate din ce in ce mai performante, cum ar fi cele cu ultrasunete sau radiofrecventa, care pot fi utile in cazul pacientilor care nu doresc o interventie chirurgicala
Preferati sa lucrati cu fillere sau cu propria grasime? De ce?
Acest lucru este o alegere si reprezinta o viziune proprie. Desigur, ca acidul hialuronic ramane “prietenul” nostru in ceea ce priveste tratamentele de cabinet, si, din punctul meu de vedere, substanta ideala in augmentarea de buze. In ceea ce priveste pometii, prefer grasimea proprie pentru ca mi se pare ca da un rezultat mai natural si de mai lunga durata. Desigur si acidul hialuronic trebuie ales cu grija cazul respectiv intrucat, in aceasta “cursa”de contracarare a ptozei prin voluminizare, putem avea rezultate cel putin inestetice.
O procedura din ce in ce mai cautata este liftingul facial cu asa zisele fire, sau threds lifting – ce parere aveti despre el?
Este adevarat, ca am participat la cateva workshopuri si am folosit si eu la cateva paciente. Nu pot spune ca rezultatul m-a impresionat, dar am auzit si de rezultate bune dupa folosirea acestor fire. Poate in mainile mele nu functioneaza, deocamdata raman fidel liftingului chirurgical
Personal, eu sunt o fricoasa, as face o interventie chirurgicala doar daca este absolut necesara, si daca acesta ar fi un motiv de stres emotional pentru mine. Cum stiti ca un pacient este pregatit pentru o interventie? Cand recomandati o operatie?
Evident, ca orice pacient trebuie sa fie pregatit din punct de vedere psihic pentru o interventie de tip estetic, intrucat aceasta poate avea un impact puternic asupra acestuia. La consultatia cu pacientul, acestuia ii este explicata interventia chirurgicala cu beneficiile si riscurile acesteia. Nicioadata pacientul nu trebuie “convins” sa se opereze. Orice intreventie estetica este o alegere proprie si nu trebuie sa faca subiectul unor presiuni sau alegeri ale altora.
Care sunt cele mai cautate interventii la noi? La nivelul fetei ? La nivelul corpului?
La noi, cea mai cautata interventie chirurgicala ramane rinoplastia urmata de diferite proceduri la nivelul fetei (rejuvenari cervico-faciale). Liftingul facial ramane cam pe ultimul loc, nefiind o procedura foarte cautata la noi, in discordanta de altfel cu tarile din vestul Europei, in care liftingul facial este o procedura destul de frecvent afectuata.
La nivelul corpului cele mai frecvente interventii se adreseaza sanilor (marire, ridicare, miscorare sani) urmate indeaproape de lipoaspiratie si abdominoplastie. Desigur, in comparatie cu anii trecuti, putem face si interventii combinate, abdominoplastie cu lipoaspiratie, abdominolastie si ridicare sani si altele. La aceste proceduri cel mai mare avantaj este timpul (o singura interventie chirurgicala, o singura perioada postoperatorie) si de asemenea si costul interventiei care este mai mic decat doua interventii separate.
Care sunt cele mai noi trenduri in chirurgia estetica la nivel mondial?
Trendul in momentul de fata este de cat mai multa naturalete. In comparatie cu anii trecuti, pacientii doresc rezultate cat mai naturale, fara exagerari de orice fel. Aacesta cred ca este si scopul interventiilor estetice: sa imbunatateasca anumite aspect ale felului in care aratam si de care suntem complexati.
Traim intr-o lume a imaginii si felul in care aratam ne pot influenta psihicul si viata in general.Este adevarat ca operatiile estetice dau dependenta?
Desigur, toti ne dorim acest lucru, dar de aici pana la dependenta de interventii chirurgicale este cale lunga. In general, trebuie descurajate aceste tendinte de dependenta pentru a nu ajunge sa aratam “caraghios”.
