De subliniat este faptul ca o crestere mare in greutate in timpul sarcinii trebuie evitata, intrucat aceasta poate influenta in mod negativ aspectul estetic postpartum al sanilor si nu numai”, spune acesta.

Din pacate nu exista un tratament de preventie a vergeturilor dar folosirea de creme si uleiuri care hidrateaza pielea poate diminua riscul de aparitie a acestora (crema de galbenele, aloe vera, ulei de cocos, vitamina E sau diferite creme pentru vergeturi). In ceea ce priveste tratamentul vergeturilor, acesta trebuie efectuat in prima faza a acestora intrucat odata ajunse la maturitate obtinerea unor rezultate notabile este dificila. Tratamentul acestora poate cuprinde injectarea de PRP, cocktail de acid hialuronic si aminoacizi, injectare de nanofat (tesut adipos prelucrat) si folosirea diferitelor tipuri de laser”, spune doctorul Cobani (www.doctoroltoncobani.ro)
Regiunea abdominala este afectata in timpul sarcinii, iar dupa nastere va fi greu sa revenim la forma de dinainte, dar nu imposibil!
„In ceea ce priveste acesta zona evitarea luarii de greutate in exces si ingrijirea tegumentului la acest nivel sunt cuvintele cheie pentru a preveni vergeturile si efectele ingrasarii din timpul sarcinii. Regiunea abdominala este supusa unui stres mecanic foarte mare facand ca muschii drepti abdominali sa se indeparteze rezultand ceea ce numim distazis abdominal. Cu toate ca exercitiile fizice au un rol important in tonifierea musculaturii abdominale, un grad de diastazis este prezent la toate femeile dupa sarcina”, spune doctorul Oltjon Cobani.
Purtarea centurilor abdominale poate avea un rol de sustinere, dar nu si de tonifiere.
In principiu sunt de evitat interventiile chirurgicale in timpul alaptarii, majoritatea acestora efectuandu-se sub anestezie generala. In ceea ce priveste interventiile dupa nastere in acesta zona putem vorbi de lipoaspiratie, abdominoplastie sau combinarea acestora.
„Lipoaspiratia reprezinta interventia chirurgicala care va ajuta sa scapati de tesutul adipos in exces din anumite zone ale corpului. Este bine de stiut ca acesta interventie nu este una de slabire ci de eliminare a depozitelor adipoase de care scapam cu greu cum ar fi abdomenul si soldurile. In cazul in care la nivelul abdomenului este prezent tesut tegumentar in exces, interventia de preferat este abdominoplastia. In timpul acestei interventii se poate efectua si cura chirurgicala a diastazisului abdominal sau a posibilelor hernii (de regula periombilicale) aparute in urma sarcinii. Totodata, in unele cazuri, se poate efectua o combinatie a acestora pentru a va putea da dumneavoastra silueta mult visata”.
Nici sanii nu vor mai arata la fel dupa sarcina, dar vestea buna este ca orice femeie poate apela la chirurgia estetica pentru a recupera bustul dorit sau cel putin cel pe care il avea inainte de sarcina. In ceea ce priveste interventiile la nivelul sanilor o perioada de minimum sase luni este necesara dupa incheierea alaptarii pentru interventii la nivelul sanilor. „Indiferent te tipul de san exista un grad de ptoza mamara dupa sarcina. Ca si masura de preventie impotriva acestui fenomen, purtarea unui sutien adecvat care sa sustina greutatea sanului in timpul sarcinii este importanta. Ptoza mamara aparuta dupa sarcina este de diferite grade si poate fi sau nu asociata cu hipotrofia mamara postpartum (scaderea in volum a sanilor). In ambele cazuri tratamentul este cel chirurgical. In cazul ptozei mamare indicatia chirurgicala este cea de mamopexie (ridicarea sanilor) care sa asigure ridicarea acestora. In cazul in care pacienta prezinta si o hipotrofie asociata acestei ptoze putem efectua o interventie combinata de pexie mamara si augmentare (ridicare si marire sani). De subliniat faptul ca implantul mamar nu ridica sanul ci doar contribuie la marirea acestuia in volum”.
